If you had to make £500 into £1000 in the UK, how would you do it?

The one thing I can think of is buying and selling but unsure as to what. I know Vinted is popular.

Civil Service Jobs

When locations are mention in this way it can be confusing. Is it a requirement to be able to work in all locations? If I want to work in Plymouth, can I choose?

Is Gloucester getting rougher?

It seems as if we are coming across more violent incidents as the days go on. Just yesterday it was alleged a male was arrested for carrying a machete within the Coney Hill/Barnwood area, few days before that there was a murder within the Kingsholm area and a few days before that a person was stabbed in the arm whilst in a car within the Barnwood area. A couple of weeks ago a young man was arrested after carrying a large knife in Tredworth and we also sadly had a man arrested for rape in the Linden area.

These are the only one's that have been reported too.

It just seems like every other day there is some sort of serious incident.

I know some will say "it's Gloucester " or "there are worse areas elsewhere" but it just seems hectic for a small city.

How to make dua

One of the most beautiful and effective etiquettes is to call upon Allah using the Names that correspond most to the need or request. Each of His Names carries specific meanings, and invoking the one most relevant to your situation demonstrates both understanding and sincerity.

A person seeking forgiveness can say Yā Ghaffār (O Oft-Forgiving) and Yā Tawwāb (O Accepter of Repentance).

One who feels lost or is in need of guidance may say Yā Hādī (O Guide) and Yā Raḥmān (O Most Merciful).

Someone going through financial hardship can turn to Yā Razzāq (O Provider), Yā Karīm (O Generous), or Yā Ghaniyy (O Self-Sufficient), asking for sustenance and ease.

Likewise, if someone is facing injustice or oppression, they might invoke Yā Qawiyy (O All-Strong), Yā Jabbār (O Compeller), or Yā Nāṣir (O Helper), seeking strength and support.

What advice would you give to someone who struggles with small talk?

As an introvert who usually tries to avoid these situations we bump into that long lost associate or a colleague at work or our old Driving Instructor and may struggle with small talk. What advice would you give?

For those who work 9-5, what is your evening routine on weekdays?

Some will be more active than others, Netflix? Gym? Cooking? Read a book? Or any other wild activities?
