Is this photographer lying about this image? Says it was taken with a particular lens but the fur looks "digital" and repetitive.

This image is nothing like any of the other photographs he posts - composition, depth of field, subject matter, everything. The texture of the fur, especially on the forehead framing the eyes, looks very digital and repetitive, I am very suspicious this is an AI-generated image. It also looks like the reflection in one eye has been flipped to mirror the image in the other, which isn't what would happen in reality.
