Windsor Farms changing the expiration dates on prepackaged meat

Was at the Windsor Farms on Wyckoff today and noticed that the store's stickers cover the manufacturer's best-by date on ground beef. Peeled it back and sure enough, beef with a use-by date of today (Sept. 14th) is being covered up with stickers saying the use-by date is Sept. 18th.

This grossed me out, I know expiration dates can fluctuate but I don’t mess around with meat past its date. l've already called 311 about it, but I wanted to warn people about buying perishable food (esp meat or seafood) from this place.

Trying to navigate certification for ELA

Hi all, I poked around other posts but couldn’t find a clear answer for my situation, hoping someone here can help. I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in Nonfiction Writing, and I’m interested in teaching ELA 9-12. My partner who is a teacher pointed me towards a CTE degree, because I’ve worked in media for the past 6 years in journalism and podcast production. Would a CTE qualify me to teach ELA, or would I still need to get a second master’s degree? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Edit to add: I also have 2.5 years of experience teaching college composition/lit classes, if that changes anything. Thanks!
