Bait and switch
I am going to be sending this to the AG, but I signed up for Zepbound at $299 a month, and they charged me the $1899 a month. I have the whole text chain. It is a CLASSIC, totally illegal, bait and switch.

Today's meditation (BRB p 345) is about PTSD. While I was writing in my journal I realized that my constant state of hypervigilance has the ramifications that I don't play and that I can barely visualize and feel myself to be not creative.
All those play and creativity and visualization brain cells went towards catastrophizing and then well, dealing with reality which was pretty bad.
They still there though... just underused and underdeveloped.
How do I turn down the hypervigilance? I mean hell, I picked a profession where my hypervigilance is a requirement. I use it every day very successfully
It feels like everything is dumb levels of expensive but the prices for Come From Away are next level. I mean good for them for being able to sell them but >$750 for 5 people for summer theater in Brunswick is jaw dropping.
I cannot even with how much I spent on TLCS coaching (cert, monthly fees, going to conference, private coaching). Like 6 figure over 4 or so years. I don't regret it per se it did help me make a ton of $$...but... I have finally figured out that what I really needed was AlAnon.
As I read the books I am gobsmacked about how much I am reading in the AlAnon literature that is basically everything I was trying to fix myself with coaching.
So, before you spend tons of $$ on coaching, go find the AlAnon 20 questions and answer them. And... well, if like me 18 or so of them are a yes... skip the coaching and go to a meeting. Way cheaper and vastly less grifty and way more helpful.
Made with SankeyMATIC, I used the vote totals from this Press Herald article.
Looking for a retailer MetroWest ish for a recumbent tadpole ebike. I really do not want to buy this online. Talked to Farinas and they neither sell nor service this kind of bike. Really looking for someone who can sell and service. Landry's is fine for the first, not so much the second.
I just came home from holiday with my family and we spent it at Normandy. One of the things I went scouring for is the Canadian contribution because, well, it doesn't get a whole lot of press.
First up! Canadian minesweepers, without whom, crossing the channel would have been a whole lot worse
