So I posted about a month ago about faulty pbp2 sound fluctuation particularly in left earbud.

I can update you all I didn't manage to fix the issue so I reported to Google and they asked me for a few details and to perform a few troubleshooting. When I supplied them with the serial numbers they instantly asked me to send them back to them at the return centre in Poland yesterday. Today they already reached Germany, as soon as they receive them they will send out a replacement new set.
