Went for an early morning bike ride to the green belt in MDC Sec 4 near Dolphin Chowk for a quick smoke, and ended up seeing something I genuinely can’t process.

A guy was hanging from a tree. Police had just arrived and were about to take the body down.

Asked a local nearby and he said the man worked as a security guard, had a fight at home, and had a small baby too (no idea how true that part is, just what I was told).

The guy looked fit, healthy, well-built… which somehow made it even more shocking. Looked like it happened early in the morning. Still feeling weird after seeing that. Anyone else know what happened?

Yesterday night I took Magnesium Glycinate Complex 250mg for the first time before sleeping around 12 AM. I woke up at 2 AM after very weird, vivid, almost suffocating dreams and couldn’t fall back asleep. Since then, I basically haven’t slept.

This morning, I took Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg on an empty stomach for the first time, and after breakfast I had Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) for the first time too (weekly dose). Tonight after dinner, I took my magnesium again.

The strange part is that despite almost no sleep, a very busy day, and a lot of travel, I don’t feel sleepy at all and barely feel tired. I feel oddly awake or “wired.”

Has anyone experienced this after starting magnesium glycinate, methylcobalamin (B12), or Vitamin D3? Could any of these be causing the vivid dreams, waking up suddenly, or insomnia? Just trying to understand if this is normal when starting these supplements or if I should be concerned.
