Looking for VLAN capable hardware recommendations

I'm looking to increase the security of my small office network while at the same time simplifying it by using VLANS. We're also slowly upgrading to wifi 7 capable laptops. So now seems to be a good time to upgrade the wifi as well. The business does graphic design work, and the office is small enough to be handled by one wifi access point.

Here are the network details:

  1. pfSense four port router to direct all of the traffic
  2. internal ssid and wired network for employees on wifi access point 1
  3. ssid for IoT devices on wifi access point 2
  4. ssid for guests on wifi access point 3 (yes 3 separate physical access points using cheap wifi routers)
  5. DMZ web hosting for client communications
  6. a mess of cables and dumb switches to keep the networks physically separate.

My goal is to replace all of the switches and access points with one managed switch and an access point that can vlan tag ssid's. What's your goto hardware for needs like this?

This is why you buy an induction range

https://preview.redd.it/uiayztju9q2h1.jpg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a9a609da5611696d377780ac74177a8ac2e56e3d

There are many questions about moving from gas or radiant to induction. So I thought a picture of me cooking dinner on an induction range would save a thousand words. I know this isn't a cooking sub, but if you think about it the choice of range comes before the cooking. The pan with the dish rag on top is rice. It tends to bubble over while cooking and the rags catch it before it makes a mess. The other pan is lentils and have boiled over once, but the rag caught it. The pan in the front are the spices and browned onions for the lentils. There's no rag under that pan because browning can get too hot, besides there's nothing to boil over. When the cooking was done I hung the rags on the side of the hamper to be washed in the next load. The induction top cleanup took 2 seconds.

Do the rag trick on a gas or radiant stove and it will only end up with fire. The one challenge is I'm still not used to how quickly induction heats. I put the lentils on and turned my back for a second only to do the oh crap dash to turn the pan down. lol

What's your choice for best insurance company? USA home and auto

I've been with the same company for my home and car insurance for many years. It's time to renew and looking around there are a lot of posts saying my current insurance company is terrible. I have no complaints, but I also have no claims. If I were to move is there an insurance company that is better or are they all bad? I'm looking for home and auto coverage in Utah.

Remote display from MacMini to conference room TV with AppleTV

Question first:

Is there a way to extend a keyboard and mouse to remotely control a MacMini from a different part of a building? The MacMini would use AirPlay to an AppleTV in a conference room. I've tested the network and it works fine, but it is too far for bluetooth to reach.

Details:

Hi all, I have the OG MacbookPro M1 from 2020. The SSD is full and at 5+ years old I can justify an upgrade. Most of my work is done at a desk with a big screen and a full size keyboard. On occasion I need to share with a group and we use an AppleTV connected to a TV. Since my need for a laptop is pretty limited I'm considering buying a M5 MacMini when they come out. I'd much rather spend the budget on more SSD and RAM than on a mostly unused screen and keyboard. The work is mostly graphic art with my days spent in Photoshop, Illustrator, LightRoom Classic, and Blender.
