Honda has pathetic after sales service

**WARNING: Ring Road Honda, Delhi — Holding Customer Money for Over a Month | Honda India Doing Nothing**

Posting this so others don't go through what I did.

I did a vehicle exchange at **Ring Road Honda, Delhi**. At the time of exchange, my old vehicle's RC was lost, so they asked me to get a duplicate RC made and held back **₹6,000+** as a deposit until I submitted it.

Fair enough — I got the duplicate RC made and submitted it to them. That was **over a month ago.**

Since then:

- No refund

- No clear timeline given

- Follow-ups go nowhere

- Honda India customer care has been equally useless

This is not a small amount for most of us. Holding a customer's money for 30+ days after all paperwork is complete is unacceptable. It feels like they're deliberately sitting on it hoping you'll stop following up.

**If you're planning to buy or exchange a vehicle at Ring Road Honda Delhi — please be very careful about any extra fees or deposits you pay. Get everything in writing with a clear refund timeline before handing over money.**

Has anyone else faced this with Honda dealerships? Would love to know if there's a faster way to escalate — thinking of filing a complaint with the consumer forum next.
