I have recently moved to Germany, and still a bit overwhelmed with the new shift. Different culture, different people and different lifestyle.

As I am constantly working on being more discplined towards daily habits. I have picked training & eating style as my discpline reference. I did a schedule to track my daily commitment to these small tasks. Example: I added daily cardio in the morning, avoiding coffee adter 6pm...etc.

Hozever, after 10 days, my motivation is going up and down quicly ( hormones of course) but mostly, me struggling with a comfort zone. Like: you need to do it, but you still want to relax and chill

I am looking for people who share the same approach (discpline improvement via sport & health life style) to share this journey with me. And also I welcome advice or best practices from your side.

I lost 18kg in one and half year. however, the last 10kg are still hard to work on.

I would like to know your experience with ausländerbehörder and Agentür für Arbeit. What are the steps, and documents that they would need to switch to a work permit?

I am actually taking training on product management, and developing a product. But with AI and many digital tools and many ideas, I feel a brain rot. Is it normal or is it just me overreacting?
