I'm on Minmus with a rover taking a surface sample of a rock formation when my rover tips over and Neilbin bets thrown in the air and just stuck layers above the ground.. Is there any way to get over this, or rather, under it

Edit: I tried the comments and watched more YouTube and TikTok videos on how to fix and ended up losing the save
All hatches are obstructed, but there's nothing there except the pod, solar panels on the side, docking port, and a probe core under the docking port. This was working on another version of the same ship a few days ago in KSP, but now it's saying all ports are blocked?
Has anyone else had this issue and if so, please help on how you were able to get over it
This is stock KSP, no mods
Update: u/Carnildo in r/KerbalAcademy solved the problem. Aparently the scanning arm can mess with the door blocking calculations
