I'm a new player of 2 months, currently have two red 5 star units and about 4 orange 5 stars. Slowly making progress, FTP.

I've spent 6k gems on this event and have another 6k left. I didn't get much in the first 6k but now I've got shop level to 7. I'm unsure whether to just save properly for the next big event or blast this last 6 and save.

I can currently get to wave 43-46 in the event so I get just about 400+ tickets each run.

Should I wait to see if there are better event gem offers coming up or is this usually what the shop will offer for buying more event runs? I would hate to spend my last gems and then something better come up for running this event lol

Hi guys! I've had a roofer look at my roof as there was some water coming down to hit the window when it rained but I'm not sure if the work cost is reasonable as it is not my area? I've been quoted

‘To change broken slates to roof above window and efflorescence

To grind out mortar joints to around affected window and lintel

To repoint mortar joints to around window and lintel

To coat with storm cream

How do you guys run the weekly ops? I have a top 5 team of characters and ones which are significantly below this. I've been running the weekly ops with my top 5 as I can now get to wave 300 and usually get 3 rare characters from it each time for food. If I use another team I tend to get just one but I fall behind on purple exp which I usually use my main team for. Is this what is generally recommended early on? I don't have any characters at legendary yet, max level is 3 characters at level 360 so far but need more food to bring them higher.
