Advice on which adhd supplement advice video contebt creators I can trust for reliable getting information from.

I want to sort out my life, I'm starting back on medication, concerta.

I have done mini research dives before however I got overwhelmed with all the information, which people to trust, which products to trust, which doses and the rest of the science behind what supplements to take together to make sure the one your taking actually can get absorbed by the body to be able to get used.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I want the version of myself back that I had briefly experienced a few years ago!

I put this post under rant/ vent tag because while i ask questions in it periodically, its mostly just me venting, is a more accurate description of this post technically.

I want to finally get my adhd under control so that i can start to actually function and live the life i know I can.

However there is a version of myself of which I want back that I experienced a few years ago.

I knew and ( partly know) that from "only" taking medication.

That it isn't meant to be one and done job.

Aka take this one pill at this specific dose / or take it for the rest of your life and it will change you into the version you have in your head.

However I experienced this.

After i finally had started taking my dose of Elvanse at the correct times.

It was like a switch had flipped in my head.

I was waking up early feeling fully

refreshed and full of energy for the first time in my entire existence.

I had appetite, regular normal appetite.

I had energy, focus, real focus my mind wasn't going a 1000 miles an hour, I could sit down and fully concrete.

I wasn't making as many spelling mistakes when typing.

Falling asleep fast and naturally consistently and waking up early consistently, at 8 am.

I could actually function for those two weeks solid!

But I fucked that all up!

when ever I think about that time that I went against the psychiatrists advice and my own gut telling me not to due to what happened with a similar experience happening before with a different medication I was on for my depression but the circumstances were slightly different.

I was ill for two weeks with an illness, I'm a total zombie when ill and didn't take my meds once.

Once I started taking them again my brain just refused to work on them like they had been, which sucked at the time, because they were actually work for my depression.

However i convinced myself it would be different because that was because I was ill and had completely stopped talking the medication cold turkey essentially speaking.

But my flawed logic and my overwhelming fear that if I ran out at the regular pace I was meant to take

the remaining tablets would result in the same situation.

So when I missed the window time to order more of my Elvanse.

I ended up I had to wait to weeks without my medication after I had tried to ration the remaining capsules of my medication, which was less then a weeks worth.

It didn't work and I essentially weaned myself of the medication

Once I got back on the dose.

My worst fucking fear came true, nothing! My brain just didn't respond to it at all, not even after increasing the dose.

Not even after taking a break and trying it again, zero effect!

Man I was super pissed and angry with myself. I still am.

I'm aware that what I was likely was experiencing was euphoria high, but does that really last for a soild two weeks straight, from the moment I woke up to the second I fell asleep?

I am fully aware that now that I have started taking medication again for my adhd with a clinic, which is concerta XL 18mg for 2 weeks, 10 days so far.

I can't give an accurate description of if I think the medication is working or not, due to me being ill with a illness of some kind, sore throat, no energy, needing naps, no/ very low appetite for I'd say 4 days starting the medication. I honestly should have waited till I was feeling better and that the heat wave had pasted, but I needed to start it as my check uo appointment would be made on the basis that I'd been on medication for a month so I could report back any improvements in my day to day symptoms, something I have not been writing down due to the illness, and now heatwave making me a zombie at worst and a

My next two weeks will be 27mg

I'm scared i might end up not find an medication or dose that "works" for me like a past experience I had when I took Elvanse a few years ago now, mentioned above.

But I want that version of me back so fucking badly!

Need help choosing a rebounder.

Basically what the title says, I don't know which brand or one to go for?

A few criteria

  1. One that can be folded/ be easily put away and stored without taking up to much space.

  2. one that is easy to assemble and that is sturdy and well built with good materials.

  3. price range of £30/60 or 80 maximum.

A product that has a decent amount of positive reviews but also isn't shy at just removing any negative/ rightfully criticism of the product ie the material is flimsy, it only lasted x amount of time etc.
