this has been driving me crazy for weeks. facebook/zillow leads come in, they reply once, sometimes even sound interested, then the convo just dies out completely
wondering if its more of a follow-up/conversation issue than the actual lead quality

Working with a few clinics and med spas lately and seeing the same pattern repeatedly.
Leads come in, some even reply, but the conversation stalls before it turns into a booking. Funnels and ads seem to be working fine, but the drop-off happens in the follow-up conversation stage after the first reply.
What are other agencies doing to improve booking rates without just adding more leads into the pipeline?
What’s your process for spotting +EV bets? Do you rely more on tools or manual line shopping?

Anyone else noticing this in HubSpot? I keep seeing leads that don’t actually say no, they just slowly disappear. The contact is there, the deal is there, but the conversation fades out. It doesn’t even feel like a sales issue most of the time, since the interest was there at some point, but then follow-up slows down, there’s no clear next step, or it just loses momentum. Everything looks fine in the pipeline, but nothing really moves. a lot of deals aren’t lost, they just quietly go cold, you also seeing the same thing and where in your process this usually happens.
