Hi guys looking to see if the asking price for this Hilux Surf is worth it. Also is this the preferred engine for the surfs?

Pre-bond omega seamaster battery was changed after not wearing for awhile died , battery changed and no movement. Does anyone know if I require a ac reset if so how do I do it ?
Edit: I know it’s dirty my dad passed it down to me so it’s more of keepsake than anything. I will be giving a nice clean asap. Thanks, fellas.
