I still want to contact Trust and Safety for obvious reasons, but this is my latest response in my ticket after elaborating what I'm looking for. The ticket's marked as solved, and I'm able to reply in it still. Should I respond in this ticket, or make another ticket sometime in the future?

Also, this isn't the first time I've been answered by Shane. He gave me an automated response about appealing in app or making an appeal ticket, but this is new to me. It's signed Discord which doesn't really give me a good feeling.

UPDATE: I didn't really wanna do it right now, but I responded to the ticket specifying it's an account related issue that I need help from Trust and Safety with. I've been assigned with ShaneA which I don't believe is good, since they gave me an automated response before. Probably screwed up my chances, but I haven't gotten an answer yet.

This is what I wanted to happen: make a vague ticket that only requests a human recipient from the T&S team to avoid any bot triggering, then give the details if it's answered

Problem now is, I've been answered by a member of Discord Support, not the T&S team which I need. I'm not entirely sure what to do now in order to be directed to someone in the T&S department without getting dropped with a bot/copy-and-paste response

I do hate how they've answered on a weekend though, I've heard they choose to pretty much ignore the situation even if they do answer a ticket themselves

I think now I'm just wondering if I'm better off replying on the ticket on a weekday instead of right this moment. It's marked as solved, but I can still reply to it which I've never been able to do when my tickets are closed or marked as solved

based on a true story. had a stunning loadout, clear straight shot to the door..... absent. absolutely no key in sight. I thought I had it because that's what I was initially going for, but I guess not playing for a little over a week had me forgetting I never picked it up 😭

Really bend the limits of your understanding and try to conceptualize the true artistic value of Shiggy's masterful creation to even have the slightest idea of how powerful this piece of art really is.

Without a smidge of hesitation, and with his generosity allowed him to sacrifice his opportunity to afford one, just a single meal, to replenish his stamina and to provide himself nourishments his deprived body needs, he did it.

You know, in all honesty, I can't say I support Shiggy's careless acts of kindness towards his loving, committed, and devoted fans at the cost of his well-being, but this? How could anyone even THINK to not consider this to be one of the most honorable choices he's made as an indie dev. All my love goes out for you, Shiggy 💖

ever since I finished redesigning my island, my primary focus in LTD has been making items of random images I have saved and media I enjoy, and so far I've been having a blast. over the past week, I've been really grinding through some of these and I absolutely could not have done it without https://living-the-grid.com, it's one of the greatest tools for a game I've used, and it's only getting better from here with updates
