Meow Shadow founded dis big box wif lotz on smelly furs dat de humans put onz and takes off. I dink "I need new bed acuz it gonna get de coldz soon and my odder bed is fors warmz time." So meow climb in and get comfy. Den meowmy came and put mur furs on meow. Den herz say "Shadow you not laundry" and "that's how kitties end up dead in the washer". Den herz picked me ups(which is a gud ting lots of timez) and put meow on the floor. Den herz takes my big box away.

Dis not legal vicshun. Dey can no jus kick you out to de floor. Dey need de notice and to ask meow if it okay to put meow on de floor. I soo for only gud uppies and extra lubs. Maybe sum extra treatz but lotz ob atenshun acuz I needz all de lub.

We are having our basement waterproofed. When the guy came to do the estimate he said they were going to have to cut away the bottom 4ft of the panelling and drywall. They ended up removing all of the panelling and drywall. I called to ask why and to be honest I don't know enough about drywall to know if it's factual or just me getting handed a line since they messed up.

They explanation was that when removing the drywall they found out the studs were attached to the ceiling not the wall. They said if they left up the other drywall it would have fallen. They are attached to the ceiling but also seem to have a beam 2/3 way up that they are anchored into.

Is this a valid explanation?

The solution they offered was to not charge for the removal of the wall. I am currently having my boyfriend look into the breakdown to see how much that is.

Edit: they were pretty good at working with us. While we aren't 100% happy with the outcome they are reducing our amount due by enough that we will be able to have someone come in to do the walls properly. They are also putting their liner up the whole length of the wall instead of just the bottom like initially planned so the room is livable until then.

Has anyone seen these yet? My Aldi has a different one and I'm curious if I missed them or they just aren't out yet.

Edit: decided to check different than my normal Aldi. The second one has no coolers or freezers working, so the aisle of shame was full. Found one there. They also got the video game scratch post and the feather toy that gives treats.

Just nowz meowmy was makin herz werk snackee. I hear her in de fud room so I go to do meow job. Den I see de most purrfect ting in de world. Herz had a giantz pepperoni. I lub pepperoni. I wuld steal pizza when I was tiny kitten and it taste so yummy.

But den meowmy no gab me any. Eben afer I ask nice. Herz say garlic is bad for me but herz being a meanie is also bad for me.

I soo for meow own pepperoni. I gonna eat it n no share wif herz.

Pretty sure this is mint. Moved into this house about a year and a half ago. There were one or two of these last summer, I thought I pulled them all. This is what it looks like now.

I'm in NE Ohio. It's possible it's here from the previous owners, not sure if wild mint is a thing. Are there any types of mint that are unsafe to eat? My boyfriend wants to use it but I'm not trying to poison my family.

If it is mint how do I get rid of it so it isn't taking over the whole side of the house by next year?
