Jan to May

I am 46 almost 47 and I’m 5’8. Start weight 203. Current 162
To preface here are the supplements I am taking:
Testosterone 200mg week. Got on because levels were under 200 in 2019. My GP prescribed and it helped immediately. I have Crohn’s disease and all the meds had driven my levels too low. I went over all my peptides with my GP and GI doc and they are on board. Prescribed nausea meds and called me in Hospira to the pharmacy.

Retatrutide: started Jan 11th
BPC157- in my gut daily
TB500- 3x week
GLH-cu- 5x a week
Tesamorlin - 5x a week
MOTS-C - 3 x 5mg a week

Lift 4-5 days week. Classic bro split for me. It’s what I know
My wife and I race/ride bikes. Mtn, road and gravel

My main goal recently was to lose weight. Get to a good point then add a few lbs back of muscle.

Pic is from early Feb till now. Hoping to add about 5-7 more lbs.

A few of my favorites! Was happy to see the Legacy auto sell for $2650 on eBay last night. Wish I didn’t sell my duplicate. Haha

For anyone who goes over their peptides with their doc you can have them call in a prescription for Hospira. Cheaper than online pricing

I train 4-5 days a week in the gym. Weekdays I can workout for 30-35min on lunch. Weekends I generally hit the Mtn or road bike for a few hours each day then get in 60min of strength.

I generally do supersets with minimal rest between. I do lower weight with higher reps.

Ex:
Shoulders 10-12 reps: Dumbbell front raises, straight to lateral side raise then dumbbell overhead press or smith machine overhead (slight incline)
Rest 30-60sec and repeat.

I normally get 6-8 3 set exercises done in that time. I make progress but am I doing too many reps in a short amount of time?
Would I grow and progress more by taking longer breaks and doing less?

Thanks for any advice.

After being burned with bad BAC from Amazon and seeing how expensive Hospira is I found a new source! I go over all my peptides with my doc so I called him and he sent in a prescription. $1.37 is my cost for 1 30ml Hospira vial!

I bought goldfish and added them to our pond. They out grew and had a baby. Split them 5 into old pond and 8 into new pond. Just ordered some water plants and would like to hear suggestions. Old pond has net over it. Sits under a tree that drops a lot of stuff.
