Official Statement Regarding the Agency Partnership in the Chinese Market and Related Order Matters
Recently, Dongguan Chelebu Models Co., Ltd. issued an announcement regarding its partnership with INNO MODELS and related pre-sale orders, which has drawn the attention of customers, model enthusiasts,
and industry partners. After careful consideration, INNO MODELS hereby issues the following statement:
I. Regarding the Agency Partnership
INNO MODELS hereby formally announces that, effective as of the date of this statement, it is terminating its agency partnership with Chelebu in the Chinese market.
Over the past nine years, both parties have worked together to drive the development of INNO MODELS in the Chinese market. Thanks to Chelebu’s efforts, INNO MODELS has gained greater recognition and support from model enthusiasts; at the same time, Chelebu has evolved from an online store into a distributor with nationwide influence. During the partnership, both parties achieved numerous noteworthy accomplishments, for which INNO MODELS expresses its deep gratitude.
Regarding Chelebu’s unilateral public announcement—made without sufficient communication with the brand—to terminate the partnership and cancel pre-sale arrangements during the collaboration period, INNO MODELS reserves the right to express reservations regarding this course of action and believes that this move has adversely affected the order of the partnership and INNO MODELS’ brand reputation.
INNO MODELS has preserved relevant evidence in accordance with the law and reserves the right to pursue contractual or legal liability in accordance with the cooperation agreement and applicable laws.
II. Regarding Brand Operations and Product Status
INNO MODELS’ overall operations currently remain stable, and the brand has not suspended production or sales. Both now and in the future, INNO MODELS will continue to independently
advance brand development, product planning, and commercial partnerships in the Chinese market, serving customers and model enthusiasts in a clearer, more direct, and more professional manner.
Regarding any information related to INNO MODELS’ product operations, product supply, or partnership arrangements, the content officially released by INNO MODELS through its official channels shall serve as
the definitive reference.
III. Regarding Pre-sale Orders and Customer Rights
For pre-sale orders placed by customers through Chele’s own channels, the relevant transaction parties and payment arrangements were originally the responsibility of Chele. Chele’s unilateral announcement
to unilaterally cancel such orders is not an official decision authorized, consented to, or endorsed by INNO MODELS, nor does it represent INNO MODELS’ official position. At the same time, INNO MODELS places great importance on customer rights and extends its sincere apologies to customers affected by disputes arising from the cooperation between the two parties and the subsequent announcement. We hereby acknowledge that, subject to existing agreements, factual circumstances, and legal obligations, we will continue to process and fulfill existing orders previously placed through Che Le’s department. Affected customers should contact INNO MODELS directly to inquire about and verify matters related to their orders; there is no need to go through Chelebu for relay.
Regarding Chelebu’s unauthorized release of information to the public, unilateral cancellation of orders, and any resulting breaches of contract, infringement of rights, or other damages—all of which were carried out without the authorization, consent, or endorsement of INNO MODELS— INNO MODELS reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies against Chelebu in accordance with the law and will take all necessary and appropriate legal measures.
