Give up on losing belly fat (skinny fat guy)
I am skinny fat 25M, 170cm, 80kg.
Have decent build good arms, chest, back shoulders, legs overall which I am happy with.
Train 5 days week hard going til failure and progressive overloading.
But belly fat still there, I havent been the best at dieting/calorie deficit and give up every time I start.
I am planning to just give up on losing belly fat and keep training hard and hitting protein.
Will my other muscles keep growing and give the illusion and make belly fat less noticeable? Obvisously the belly fat will still be there.
