Has anybody used this book?

This was on sale on Amazon prime day for two bucks so I thought "why not". I've only read the intro, is it worth reading the rest?
I'm not expecting a cure but mood stabilizers aren't perfect and it would be nice to have some more tools to help.

Speaking of dead bodies. Have you been to a place where you could lose a body and it would never be found?
We get to some remote places and industrial sites and we've all thought it. Where I am there are abandoned mine entrances and shafts. I've also seen a sludge pond that only got cleaned out every couple of decades.
I promise I'm not FBI. Though that's what FBI would say, so....
EDIT. It's good to know I'm not alone here. When I've mentioned this to nonengineer friends they look at me funny.

I bought a sofa that is sitting in a storage unit in Thornton. I need someone with a truck or van that can pick it up and bring it here. It's love seat size but heavy.
I tried Dolly but the were ridiculously expensive. I will, of course, pay a reasonable amount for the move.
