[Hiring] Part time animator/video editor - Infotainment

Basically the title

I am looking to hire an animator + video editor (motion graphics) who would work on a part time basis with me.

The idea is to work on a new youtube channel and create templates that we could use to quickly churn out infotainment videos (non AI).

I can help with

  1. Content Strategy

  2. Content titles and scripting

  3. Research

  4. Voice over

  5. Marketing

Budget is INR 20,000 per month paid weekly based on milestones.

Time period: I would initially like to begin with a 1 month paid engagement, and if things go well we can extend it for the next 3 months and then can keep extending this. I would ideally need someone who can partner with me for the next 2 years and I can also compensate you based on the success of the channel, over and above the fixed component.

Apply: just DM me your portfolio, links to active videos. Any past track record of success would of course be favourable, but I am open to freshers as well, provided you have some kind of a portfolio in place. If you are based out of Delhi/NCR that would be preferred.

This was Nirbahya & Anna protest, Nobody was removed, Nobody voice was muzzled, No Media blamed the Protestor, No one called them Anti National, That's how much India has changed in 12 yrs..!!!

What happened to Sonam Wangchuk makes one thing painfully clear.

We are no longer in an era where Gandhian methods of peaceful dissent are guaranteed to be met with dialogue. A hunger strike, once regarded as a moral appeal to the nation's conscience, now risks being treated as a law-and-order problem.

@BJP4India & @narendramodi invoke Mahatma Gandhi's legacy on ceremonial occasions, yet when citizens adopt the very methods he made synonymous with peaceful resistance, the response appears far removed from the ideals of dialogue, tolerance and democratic engagement.

If Gandhi's philosophy is celebrated only in speeches but disregarded when practiced, it raises an uncomfortable question: is his legacy being honoured in substance, or merely invoked as a symbol..?

An outfield player wearing #1, are we having this?

From an American's post about how the US would have been a much better football team if they had athletes from other sports playing for the USMNT!

3 accidental bodhi trees, what can I do with them?

I am a beginner urban gardener and I have just realised that some of the many plants that I had been caring for over the last year or so were Bodhi tree plants.

They are now between 3 and 6 feet tall, and the advice that I have seen online is either to throw them away or turn them into bonsais.

I am completely new to bonsais, do you think I can do something with these plants?

Is there a beginners guide that I could refer to if this possible?
