Has anyone taken NAC and had increased cramping particularly around ovary areas? ☹️

I am at my wits end. I have had multiple rounds of antibiotics to no relief. I now have sharp pain mainly in right ovary. I had a transvag scan and it is clear except for a cyst on left. I am really depressed and dont know what to do. I have stabbing pain in my right ovary mostly. I feel my life is ruined. Doctors dont know what to do with me & now saying endometriosis perhaps. This started after my ex boyfriend travelled came back & we had sex. The MF obviouly cheated

Even had antibiotics for mycoplasma and ureaplasma but pid continues. I have has vag scan and it is clear except for a cyst. I am really depressed and dont know what to do. I have stabbing pain in my right ovary mostly. I feel my life is ruined. This started after my ex boyfriend travelled came back & we had sex. I suspect the MF cheated

For my PID l received standard PID treatment plus doxy 2 weeks and azithro (twice)

Second round was mino+ metro 21 days, pelvic pain still persisted throughout treatment (lessened abit)

Now on day 6 of moxi & having to stop because of knee pain + achilles heel burning. I was limping all day

I dont know what else to do. I have exhausted all treatments available in my country. I am soo sooo devastated at the thought of living with this illness forever.

Was administered 10 day moxi to treat mgen. I am on day 6 and my knee is hurting & l am limping. So not only will l contiue living with mgen but also walking with a limp. Life couldnt be any better l must say!

Hello everyone. I am on a 7 day moxi course & on day 2 l am feeling slight tendon pain. I really wabt my mgen infection cured but worried of moxi effects. Can l take magnesium maybe 12 hours after the moxi to help with side effects or that hinders moxi’s effectiveness? Please help

Hello everyone. Sending you kindness & hugs during this journey. I’d like to know those of you who managed to heal from pelvic pain/cramping what treatments you got?

I have done doxy for 2 weeks + azithro 1.5g (twice)
Got a ceftriaxone injection and it helped nothing obviously
Doxy+ Metro 2 weeks (All these treatments were due to a cluessless doc 😞) -until l starting researching myself

(Tried moxi 2 days but stopped-anxiety)

Now of 14 day of mino+metro but not very hopeful l have another 7 days left. Please help
