Has anyone recently ordered from XTEINK?
I placed an order 5 days ago and the status is still stuck on “To be processed.” I also sent a support email over 24 hours ago but haven’t received any reply yet.
Is this normal for them lately, or should I be concerned?
Would appreciate hearing about other people’s recent experiences with shipping and customer support.
