I think I’m failing my quiet sales reps. What am I doing wrong?

I have a few female sales reps who are naturally quiet and introverted. They’re hardworking and genuinely want to succeed, but prospecting seems to drain them.

I ask them to reach out to around 100 contacts a day, but after a few rejections or being ignored, their confidence drops. The work is also repetitive, which makes staying consistent even harder.

I know great salespeople don’t have to be extroverts, so I’d love some advice. If you’ve coached quiet reps before, how did you help them handle rejection and stay motivated to keep prospecting every day?

Visiting Munnar in the last week of July – Itinerary suggestions?

We’re planning a trip to Munnar in the last week of July and have put together the following itinerary:

Kolukkumalai
Lockhart Gap View
Echo Point
Top Station View Point
Attukad Waterfalls
Viripara Waterfalls

We know it’s the monsoon season, so we’re expecting rain and lush greenery. Are these places worth visiting in late July, or are any of them likely to be closed or difficult to access due to the weather?

What gear actually improves fighting performance?

I’m working on improving my performance as a fighter and putting together some equipment for training at home. So far I’m planning to buy leg weights, a foam roller, and resistance bands.

Before I spend more, I wanted to ask people with experience: what equipment is actually worth it for improving things like speed, power, endurance, and recovery? Am I on the right track with what I’ve picked, or are there better options I should prioritize first?

A few things I’m wondering:

•Are ankle/leg weights actually useful, or can they mess up your form?

•Best way to use resistance bands for striking and explosiveness?

•Any must-have recovery or conditioning gear I’m missing?

I’d rather buy a few things that genuinely help than waste money on stuff that just sits in the corner.

Just got a Himalayan 450 — looking for mod suggestions (already planning bar risers + hand guards)

Just picked up a Himalayan 450.Already have two mods on my list — handlebar risers (for a more comfortable upright position) and hand guards.

What else should I be looking at?

Looking for the best health insurance for my mom (45F, India) — pretty healthy, what are your recommendations?

I’m trying to sort out a good health insurance plan for my mom. Here’s a quick summary:
• Age: 45 years old
• Health: Generally good — no major pre-existing conditions
• Location: India

I’ve been looking into options but honestly the sheer number of plans out there is overwhelming. A few things I’m trying to figure out:
1. Which insurers have the best claim settlement ratios and smooth cashless processes?
2. Is it better to go with a standalone health insurer (like Star Health, Niva Bupa, Care Health) or a general insurer’s health plan?
3. What sum insured makes sense for someone her age — ₹5L, ₹10L, or more?
4. Any plans with no room rent capping and good hospital network coverage?
5. Should I consider a super top-up plan alongside a base plan?

Would love to hear from people who have actually used their policy during a claim — that real-world experience matters a lot to me.

Got a fight in 23 days and I’m trying to dial everything in properly.

I’ve trained for a while but I’ve never really followed a structured “fight camp” — I usually just train hard and hope for the best.

Right now I’m doing:

- Pad work

- Heavy bag

- Sparring (not super consistent)

- Some conditioning

I feel like I’m missing a clear plan though.

If you had 3 weeks:

- How would you balance technique, sparring, and conditioning?

- How intense should sparring be this close to a fight?

- What would your last week look like?

Any help from experienced fighters/coaches would mean a lot.

I’ve got a Muay Thai fight coming up in 23 days and I want to make sure I’m training smart, not just hard.

I already train regularly (pads, bag work, sparring), but I don’t have a clear fight camp structure and I feel like I’m just guessing right now.

Main things I’m unsure about:

- How often should I spar (hard vs technical)?

- How much should I focus on conditioning vs technique?

- Should I reduce intensity in the last week?

Also, anything specific I should emphasize for Muay Thai (clinching, knees, etc.) this close to a fight?

Would really appreciate advice from fighters who’ve been through this

I’ve got a fight coming up in 23 days and I’m trying to structure my training properly instead of just going all-out randomly.

Background: I’ve been training for a while, decent conditioning, but I feel like I’m not using my time efficiently right now. I want to peak at the right time, not burn out.

What I’m currently doing:

- Bag work + pads

- Some sparring

- Basic roadwork

But it feels unstructured.

What would you prioritize if you had just 23 days?

- How many hard sparring sessions per week?

- How should I split skill work vs conditioning?

- Should I taper in the last week?

Woulda really appreciate advice from people who’ve actually fought.
