Beamer: optoma proton life PH31 VS XGIMI Elfin Plus GTV - Best option?

Hey everyone! I’ve just started living on my own, and my brother kept the TV, so now I’ve got a big empty white wall in my new apartment. I’m thinking about buying a projector.

At the moment I’m deciding between the Optoma PH31 (not the K31) and the XGIMI Elfin Plus GTV. Which one would you recommend?
I’ll mainly be using it for watching movies, but I’d also like to do some casual gaming from time to time. If you have experience with either of these projectors—or if you think there’s a better option in the same price range—I’d really appreciate your recommendations.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Travelling with your girlfriend and who pays what?

Quick question. My girlfriend and I have been together for almost 8 months, and we’re going on a 5-day trip together. She’s a student, and I’ve been working for about a year now, but I’m still in an internship program, so I don’t earn that much. I also live alone, so a big part of my salary goes towards rent.
She comes from a different financial background than I do. Her parents pay for pretty much everything, and whenever they go on holiday, they stay in really nice hotels.
I booked the flights and the hotel, and I also planned the trip because she was busy with exams and didn’t really have the time.
The thing is, I haven’t asked her to pay me back yet. My idea was always that we’d split the flights, hotel, and bigger activities, while I’d pay for things like restaurants and smaller expenses. But I feel a bit awkward bringing it up.
What’s considered normal in a relationship when it comes to paying for trips? A friend of mine and his girlfriend use Splitwise whenever they travel so everything stays fair, but I’m not sure if that’s something I’d want to do. Any advice?

Ps: Just to clarify, she already knew the price of the hotels and flight tickets and had said she would also contribute, but I haven’t asked her to transfer the money yet.
This post was mainly to understand what is normally expected to be split when travelling together, not about the timing.

Advice projector for watching movies

Hey guys,
I’m looking for a projector and I’m trying to decide between these options.
Xgmi vibe one
Xgmi mogo 2 pro
Ultimea Poseidon e40
Optima photon life pk31

It is for movies (and sometime videogames)

My budget is between €150 and €450.
Do you have any recommendations on which one I should choose?
Thanks for the help!
