Andre Bertin track frame
I think it's a c 56. Definitely L or XL. Unfortunately someone drilled the front fork as I don't believe these had any drilling for brakes at all.
Any info on era or specific year would be appreciated. Cheers!

Doing some research and pricing out a super light fixie wheelset, looking for low 320g Chinese carbon (+carbon aero spokes), 20h/24h polso lightweight hubs.
I'm thinking 25mm falcon on the front and 35mm semi-aero on the rear, 19mm internal rim bed for road tires, but could handle a 32c for some light tracklocross.
I usually weigh around 170-180lbs.
Ideally this will cost roughly $600cad and result in a stupidly light wheelset.
The lightest wheelset I've ridden is a stanz ztr alpha set that's apparently 1400g, this was with 45mm tubeless and that's the responsiveness I'm chasing with the proposed 1200g fixie wheels.
Thoughts and considerations are welcome! Cheers
My old man has taken a liking to some stray/feral cats (there were 6 in our home at one point). Bless his old demented heart. Usually I would have no problem with this (even though I'm not a cat person), to each their own. I do mean that.
One of the issues is he likes to feed them canned fish. Tuna or salmon meant for human consumption. I know quite a few cat owners who have said the salt isn't good for them, and I'm concerned he's doing them more harm than good with his feeding schedule.
He will leave 2 or 3 dishes of kibble, wet food and canned fish outdoors in the parking lot all day in the hot sun and overnight. It has attracted more neighbourhood cats and racoons. He also leaves food overflowing out of the bowl indoors.
He also feeds birds on the balcony, and let's the cats roam and take out chicks. Once in a while they will be playing with a dead baby bird.
If anyone can point me to some resources or instructional material that outlines how much and what a cat should eat and the risks associated with having unfixed, unvetted, feral cats in your home.
There are also some housekeeping issues with litter, as this is a new hobby for him. And like I said he's showing some signs of cognitive decline. I just miss my dad and would like to help him be less confused with these wild animals he has become obsessed with.
He has lost one of his kittens permanently due to poor ownership choices and I think he would appreciate some guidance that doesn't come directly from me and my ability to read Google (this is challenging for him).
