Is BILT worth it for me?

$9k in mortgage payments monthly

$400-$500 in credit card monthly spending (some months are way higher like travel). less dining (close to none) and more so on 1X points on everyday spend. for calculation purposes assume 1x pts.

2-3 flights a year

Would BILT be worth it for me? I was thinking of doing a hyatt transfer from bilt pts.

How many points would i earn per month?

whoop

I have the chase sapphire preferred my friend has the reserve they recently got the whoop. I was wondering if there's anything i can gift them where I don't have to over spend on my preferred credit like not spending more than $20-$30 outside of the $100 credit

▲ 5 r/OMNY

I tried transferring my MetroCard that I got from a program to an omny at a station that does the transfer. They told me they can't transfer the balance because it's a prepaid balance or something along those lines. It is expiring very soon so not sure what to do I don't think I'll be able to use the full balance by end of month.
