What is the solution to the back pain?
I used to have terrible one-sided pain during my periods until they found a big cyst in my left ovary and removed it via lap surgery. No more cramps at all anymore during my periods, even 1 year later.
Clearly, it was the cyst causing this pain…. So this leads me to believe there is something similar causing my lower back pain. And I want to know how I can find out so I can remove it, too.
I’ve been doing regular ultrasounds and have a couple small cysts in each ovary, however they are too small for surgery (right?) and they do not cause me any pain.
But my lower back pain during my periods is unbearable, especially at the end of my tailbone in the middle, just above my butt.
Here are my questions that I would really really appreciate anyone’s answers or experiences on:
- Is it possible that I have endo on my back? If so, how can I check that out (do they do ultrasounds on the back, lol?) and ask for it to be removed?
- Would this pain be caused by endo elsewhere that has an effect on the tailbone area? For example on my bladder? Again, how can I confirm this?
- Should I do pelvic floor PT? Or wait till something is confirmed?
Thank you so much.
