Fans go off and on all the time while temperature bounces between 59C and 65C

I have this HP OMEN 16-ap0006sl laptop and its fans are absolutely quiet (not sure if 0 rpm or just very low rpm) until CPU reaches 60 degrees, then they start spinning a bit loud, temperature lowers until 59C, they stop, then temperature rises, they start spinning again, temperature lowers, they stop, then temperature rises and so on and so forth.

I just want to move that threshold from 60°C to something more reasonable for me, like 65 or even 67°C, or add some more steps, because hearing fans going from almost zero to loud and viceversa all day long is tiresome. This happens during light work load but even by doing absolutely nothing, sitting on desktop with nothing running or open.

I have OMEN gaming hub but it doesn't let me edit curves.

I'm usually on "balanced" mode but behaviour is the same with "eco" too.

Invert video colors? (smart inversion, not classic one)

1st one is normal video colors. I'm aiming instead at getting colors like the 2nd picture, it's the same style of inversion found in samsung phones and iphones: black and white are inverted, light blue becomes dark blue, dark red becomes light red and so on. 3rd picture is instead what I'm getting, it's the classic color inversion: black becomes white, red becomes light blue, green becomes magenta...

Laptop fans speed up and temperatures go to 80°C when external display is disconnected

I usually keep laptop screen off and only use an external monitor (a TV actually) as my only screen. If for any reason I turn off my TV while the laptop is still on, fans will start to spin quite fast and temperatures reach 80°C. Is this intended? Seems quite strange. Laptop will cool down immediately if I just turn one of the two screens on.

Settings for HDR (Switch 2 on LG C4)

I'm finding mixed info online so I'm asking what settings should I use for displaying a Switch 2 in HDR on an LG C4. Only consensus I found online is that I should enable Hgig. Anything else?

Is there a way to play the long version of songs in game?

Apologies if question sounds stupid but I noticed that on Youtube the project diva videos are usually a tad longer compared to the actual ones in game, for example Aikotoba is a whopping 4:24 while in game is much shorter, I believe around 3 minutes. Where do these videos come from?

I'm using moonlight + sunshine from my gaming laptop to a samsung galaxy tab s9 connected with a cable and I'm getting inconsistent frame pacing.

Resolution is set same as the native one from the tablet: 2560x1600 120hz. I tried with max bitrate (150 mbps), hdr on and off, and I think pretty much everything but I can't quite get a smooth picture. It's especially noticeable on sidescrollers

I'm coming from a Nintendo Wii and the poor thing simply can't handle 60 fps videos at all unless you convert the video to an abysmal bit rate.
