if i don't upload my remaining marksheets will my DOJ get delayed? is there any chance... if i miss to complete BGV within time, then will they just reject BGV and delay DOj or will they completely reject my offer?
my college is affiliated to JNTUH and they said that they are awaiting for the approval of JNTUH for grace marks, my collge did everything from their side.
anyone has any idea?
My college exam branch said I am applicable for the grace marks but they say that academic coucil meeting is yet pending so they are saying that they can't say when will the grace marks option roll out into collges?
Anybody has any idea about it?
I am an on-campus selected GenC candidate for the Cognizant 2026 batch from Hyderabad received my LOI on nov4th.
I recently got a backlog in my 8th semester, but my college has a grace marks policy and I will be clearing the subject through grace marks. The process is currently underway and may take a few weeks.
My concern is regarding Cognizant onboarding and document verification.
Does Cognizant ask for the Provisional Certificate (PC) before training/onboarding or can it be submitted after training starts?
If my backlog is cleared through grace marks and my final result becomes eligible, will there be any issue with onboarding?
Has anyone from previous GenC batches been in a similar situation?
I would really appreciate insights from Cognizant employees, GenC candidates, or anyone who has gone through the onboarding process.

i had high hopes that yamaha would be launching it's r25 in mid 2026 (may-june) and seems like there is not even a single word about it's launch... i d on't know why yamaha is reluctant to it's launch of new vehicles to india? but just launch and see man how many people are dying to buy one upgraded version of R15
I’m a 2025 graduate and I got selected for the GenC role at Cognizant through my college’s on-campus placement drive. I successfully cleared all the rounds and received my Letter of Intent (LOI) on 22nd October, and I accepted it on 29th October. Now it’s already May, and till today I haven’t received any offer letter, nor any update or any mail from cognizant.
This is currently my only job option, so naturally I’m getting very anxious and stressed about whether the hiring is still active or not. My placement cell is also saying to wait for updates from Cognizant.
I wanted to ask are other Cognizant GenC selected candidates facing the same delay? How long did it take for you to receive onboarding after LOI? Is there still a realistic chance of getting onboarded after such a long gap?
Would really appreciate hearing experiences or advice from people who went through something similar.

i don't care that he's australian or he's supporting his captain or head or anyone... but genuinely i've seen this guy supporting us since 3 seasons and i just feel he's truly soo loyal to this franchise
After seeing what other teams franchise content creators are doing (pbks, lsg, rr) i feel we are blessed to have this guy as our fellow riser.
someppl might say that he's just doing for followers and shit but i don't think so man... bro take some to appreciate this man for his efforts that he's doing to take this franchise and represent it in every match we play. 🧡✨
Firstly people need to understand that it's easier for us to overtake RCB than over taking GT
Equation is simple and straight forward, we have to win by 90 runs or chase in 11 overs.
so defending and winning by 90 runs seems pretty much possible.
And we have all the things on our side, like the match is not going to do shit anyways and we have our home advantage.
Pitch No. 2 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad is absolutely a batting paradise and a nightmare for the bowlers... given that our bowlers are really good at that pitch and know how to execute... let's aim that 300 mark tomorrow then. No harm blind-slogging tomorrow.
we have posted massive T20 scores, including 277 and 286, its the same rock hard surface ball's gonna come absolutely beautifully onto the bat, and duffy is someone whom abhishek dominates,,.. even in the SA T20 series we seen that given that romario not playing and duffy in.
just have to take care of Bhuvi's 4 overs... and also given that RCB's spin bowling is horse shit, also not to forget ISHAN KISHAN always performs against RCB.
🤞🤞
The Ahmedabad "Spin-Trap" is set for GT vs SRH
While the focus has been on high-scoring roads, we are on Pitch No. 5 a dry Black Soil surface that historically offers 2 degrees of turn (the highest at the venue). Expect the bowlers to dominate, especially those who can kill the pace.
Pitch Report: The Black Soil "Squeeze"!
Forget the batting paradises. Pitch No. 5 is the same surface where change-ups completely choked the game in GT vs PBKS.
The Context: Black soil means the ball will stop and grip.
The Reality: Bowlers are in the game for all 40 overs.
With 72% humidity, the dew might help the chasers, but the middle-over spin-choke is the real headline.
Head's dominance depends on through-the-line hitting. On a Black Soil track with 2 degrees of turn, his lack of footwork against the turning ball is a massive liability. Sirajs natural length will also trouble him.
Their spin depth (Rashid + Sai Kishore and multiple pace length options) on a 2-degree turn surface gives them the tactical edge over SRH’s power-heavy lineup. Expect a low-scoring match where GT's home familiarity clinches it.
In my opinion if hyderabad wins this match then they are the most favourites to lift the trophy, it's fact.
We all know how hard it's to defeat GT in it's home ground.
They just have 2 strategies in their home:
If opponents batting is too strong - they give them a black soil pitch and take their batters out of equation, 150-160 easy chase.
if they know opponents doesn't have batting they give flat road pitch - bat the opposition out of the match.
And this 1st is doing wonders for them and their bowling is complimenting equally.
So the best case scenario to beat them is just by chasing.
Knowing the target and chasing is better than blindly batting first and trying to post 200 in ahmedabad.
Secondly, if GT is batting first, eliminating the top 2 should be SRH's top priority.
Because that will itself kill the 50% match.
Prafull, Or else Onkar needs to play, coz they are good at exploiting those good length areas with bouncers and short balls.
Abhishek needs to understand his importance in this match, he needs to play beyond PP.
Aimming for 4s >>>> clearing the ropes for 6s
Travis head runs are a bonus in this match, coz I don't feel he's going to do much in this match
Because his approach of playing he's always on the radar that he can get out at any moment of the game.
Ishan is the Key Pivot in this whole game, he needs to anchor and attack. He should be the accumulator.
The matter should not go till klassen at all. Else it means we collapsed in our batting.
GT bowlers going to come prepared by triggering us with body length bouncers and short balls.
Especially holder's been on a crucial wicket taking run.
Klassen vs Rashid and Abhishek vs Rashid is going to be the key matchup. Whoever wins it is going to win the match.
All things aside, 12 may is hanuman jayanti and defeat of orange on that day is a sin, may the all holy forces align in the cosmos to make us win in ahmedabad. 😭🙏
It just cross through my mind after princes peach of a delivery... I mean no disrespect to kohli
I think this was one of the best deliveries for me from peak SRH, like even people dont remember this guys... He had such a beautiful debut in his blues with 3 wickets in ODI debut and 3 wickets in T20 debut but still disappeared like he never existed
