There is no data on Seiko and if there is it is because it is recent. Recently, when the world knew and trembled before her presence was in Mercury with her stealing pieces of mobile suits piloting a Zaku customized by herself. It was only caught, because with the very words "what a bore, not even to be a real battle you can't give it to a lady longing for emotion that boils her blood" with her leaving the cockpit as it were everyday and extending her wrists to the authorities. Until the prison that contained her received a visit from Helix representatives and "hired" her to be part of the faction and the strangest thing is that the representatives and Seiko seemed to know each other. A time passes and there was an incident with Seiko that it caused after eliminating an entire fleet with a prototype of Gundam being developed by Helix that at the end of everything, destroyed and with her unconscious inside the cockpit. Such an event led to her being demoted to test pilot and constantly lives in supervision.
