Inoculating grain bags with agar without resealing?
For you experienced folks out there, as the title states: Is it possible to inoculate a pre-sterilized grain bag without buying a sealer? For instance, could you cut open the top, well above the air exchange port, inoculate, and just roll and clamp shut? Thank you.

FAE during fruiting phase
