Best ostomy puns for a greeting card?

I plan to send flowers to a friend who is undergoing their colostomy surgury during the week and I want to send them flowers with a really goofy message on the greeting card :)

I want to hear your best puns! I'm currently thinking along the lines of "I hope you don't feel too crappy. Know I'm here stoma-tter what." or along those lines.

Chicken and Mushroom Rice Soup

First time making any soup! I made my soup a bit thicker than typical broth style recipes and the rice separately so I could give myself the option :) Very tasty, and very happy with the results.

Aphid problem, help!

I recently spotted aphids on one of my plants. I've brushed them off by hand every morning since it only seemed to be a small problem and sprayed the plant off with water. My plant doesn't seem to be improving :(

I'm wondering where I can buy something locally such as spinosad to ensure my pest problem is gone. I have two plants growing side-by-side and the other one isn't having any problems.

Strain is auto Eupforia and the plant is about 11 weeks old in 20L pots, watering about once a week with a kratür dünger I bought locally. Natural lighting set-up sitting on my east-facing balcony

Can anyone ID these eggs?

I was investigating a sick plant and took a leaf. I denounced it down to a magnesium deficiency until I spotted these eggs on the back of the leaf. Went to check my plant and there aren't many, but there was one or two more leaves with eggs.

My plants sit on my balcony all day. Should I be concerned?

I (F27) vented to my partner (M34) and now I feel worse. How can I prevent this going forward?

I, F27, am in a long-distance relationship with my partner, M34, and we've been together for close to a year now.

It has only been long-distance for the last 4 months since I've moved away from home to start a new life for the both of us until he follows over, and naturally I'm finding it difficult with the challenges that come with moving abroad being away from everything I knew and feeling isolated. I find it difficult to talk about myself and open up about my feelings and mental health egarding I'm struggling and I have expressed this before with my partner in the past.

Today I tried to vent and open up a small bit about how I'm struggling with my depression, social stuggles, etc. and again mentioned that I find it difficult to vent to him because I feel like a burden and he's not interested unless the conversation is about him, but I was faced with the repetitive, "I get you" meanwhile he's unsure and expressed little understanding to what I'm trying to convey, or talked about himself I what I can only assume is his attempt to relate. The conversation was brought to an abrupt end because he kept switching topics and then he went out for the night (which is fine of course) but now I'm left unsatisfied and worse off than I was before venting.

I understand it's difficult to comfort somebody from a long-distance and I don't expect him to be a magical source of sudden relief and happiness, but I fear he's just reinforced my fear of him not being interested unless it's about him and I'm left feeling deflated. I feel like I'd have had a more progressive conversation talking to a wall.

I suppose my question is how can I express that in these moments I need support, and what suggestions anybody might have for offering support when in long-distance relationships to prevent this from happening in the future.

I'm not even sure what postive outcome I would like to come from this considering it has not happened yet so I'm consistently feeding this fear of opening up.
