Grateful?

How to say “grateful”? I’m an atheist, and not of Judaism to begin with anyway, so invoking a god in expressing gratitude would not be a propos for me. I love how Baruch hashem rolls off the tongue but it feels odd to say it. But I’d love to say, I am grateful for what you did, or, I am grateful to you.** If you’ll kindly use the English transcriptio**n in your responses, as I can’t read Hebrew quite yet, I’d be.. grateful! Todah in advance.

F*ck me I’m a DJ

Some of us worship DJs. Ever get that fantasy that you get to sleep with them? Which DJ is your sex object? I hope I haven’t offended anyone 😉

This means to go on foot but also is a generic term for to travel? Is this correct? Two such different concepts meshing as leteyel. Bizarre. Please explain

A nice groove ELYSIUM by Fred Everything but…

And yet, a groove in need of a spoken word vocal laid on top of it, that’s what I’d do at least. Otherwise it’s a little dull even though Fred Everything just chose the best chords.

Google Sheets to Excel

About to transfer an important file from Google Sheets to Excel. Wondering what glitches I should look out for. Sheets is nice because it’s in real-time, don’t have to worry about going back to an outdated file by mistake. It lives online I know where to find it. The file in question is where I put all the supplier invoices to be paid, and keep track of who I pay and when. But I’ve noticed that the sort function is flawed, it’s not sorting by date (yes I’ve formatted my columns based on the type of content). It’s not sorting by supplier. It’s just not sorting properly. I’m hoping that by transferring this file to Excel I will get better sorting capability. Any thoughts on the best way to carry this out?

Unfortunately.

How do you say unfortunately in Hebrew? Us Americans also say, sadly, or regrettably: are there words for those as well? In my audio lessons I got leedavoni, is that a good, versatile form to express the feeling of “unfortunately?”

You’re producing a huge event and money’s no object.

So you’ve won the $800M powerball and you decide, even though your lawyer disapproves, to put thirty million into producing the biggest festival or club event you’ve always wanted for. What does that event look like? Will this be an outdoors festival, or a club night, will it last one night, three days, will there be live acts? Are you doing this stateside, in the desert, or in a forest in Europe. Or in a city? More importantly which DJs do you book? Will you offer amazing on-site amenities for free or do you still want to retain some commercial legitimacy? Free massages? Free champagne?
Free sushi?

You’ll probably end up losing money but you don’t care, you won at Powerball. Go crazy!
