Decent set up to start Vtubing for a stickler in 2026?

Budget is $3000 USD.

I'm trying to figure out a good set up that doesn't use Windows as the operating system, plus want to avoid paying for subscriptions with Nvidia. Want to go for Linux. I just am wanting to remain anominous and not having to deal with the forced updates of Windows plus be free of their bloatware. I know this is VERY fussy for me, but I saved up for several years for my budget.

This budget is for EVERYTHING, including the PC. So I'll want to know what else to get for a webcam and microphone.

I'm aiming to be Reaction Vtuber first, then eventually go into gaming and card games.

I'll answer any questions asked if meeded.

Newcomer. Got some questions

As likely many recent newcomers, I learned about the Evercade after learning about Sony killing Physical games. I'm curious of a few things so I got some questions.

  1. what's the recommended system to start with for someone who likes playing handheld mostly, but will not be against a console to hook up to the TV.

  2. I heard there's exclusive cartridges depending on what system you buy. What are they, and do they come with a box like individual cartridges? Not against buying them without the corresponding system.

  3. How many cartridges with 3D games like Banjo-Kazooie or Tomb Raider are there? I enjoy 8, 16, and 32 bit and 3d.

  4. How many cartridges have gone Legacy? I'm familiar that term is used for those cartridges not being produced anymore. And is there a color of case (Red, blue, or Purple) where that happens more often?

  5. How often are Indie games focused, and does Evercade have exclusives?

That's all I have in mind for now.

Non creature Changeling cards worth using?

I had a thought while looking at my [[Firdoch Core]] and thought how it's a perfect fit as a rock for my Eldrazi Decks, especially if [[Eye of Ugin]] is in play, reducing the cost to only 1. What other cards that have Changling or can become all creature types like [[Mutavault]] be worth considering for any tribal deck.? From Dragons, Merfolk, Vampires, or Goblins. I'm talking about ANY type of tribal here. So, any cards come to mind?

How do you fight?

Curious, what's the way you prefer for combat? Arrow, melee, gun, WWE with a broom?

Here's how I do things:

Bosses: melee with sword and shield.

Bandits: RKO them all.

Bushes: ask myself "Why?" and flee

Templar Knights deck. What artifacts and colors for Non-Voltron?

I'm planning on doing a deck involving [[Templar Knights]] that focuses on Legendary Artifacts in general, and not Voltron as people at my LGS expect. Besides the obvious [[Thrumming Stone]] I'm also adding [[The Ten Rings]] for card draw and [[Buried Ruin]] to get a needed artifact back. I'm considering Azorius or Esper as it lets me have [[Mirrodin Besieged]] as a wincon.

Any suggestions? While not Voltron, I am not against using some Legendary Equipment if necessary.

Normally I don't really like mixing IP of UB sets up, but Assassin's Creed doesn't really have a good backbone for a commander deck with only that IP with Templar Knights. This time, that restriction is more of a detriment.

In universe Elf Decks of different color combos

I've noticed that there's elves in all colors. I'm actually have an interest in making IN UNIVERSE two color elf tribals outside of Golgari. So no LOTR elf commanders like [[Galadriel, Elven Queen]] for example. question is, How can I approach the decks with strategies that are not Elfball + Ramp?

For my Golgari Elf deck, it revolves around specifically Elf Warrior Tokens, and really doesn't focus on Elfball or Aristocrats like players would normally expect. I'm looking for unique strategies like that.

Edit: To clarify, I mean decks of these pairings:

Red and Green

White and Green

Blue and Green

Any suggestions?

https://moxfield.com/decks/WFBERCcl7EuhUCKeZ40fjQ

I recently created this deck and want to hear some feedback. And PLEASE be specific if I need more ramp of some kind, like what exactly?. I'm willing to reduce the amount of [[Shadowborn Apostle]] to 30 copies to make room. The idea is to have Angels and Demons, with the Apostles as fodder. For a win con, I am considering adding [[Liliana's Contract]] but would like to hear about any alternative options if possible.

Question about the paid Fuzzy Festival.

I already have Ginger and Wasabi, so haven't bought the DLC event. however, I wondered about something. If I bought it, could I repeat the event to farm tickets?

Replacing Sol Talisman for another Valid target for Urza's Saga.

I use [[Sol Talisman]] and originally thought it was a valid target for the final chapter of [[Urza's Saga]] I already have Sol Ring in the deck, which is COLORLESS ELDRAZI. Commander is [[Ulamog, the Defiler]] I'll post the decklist if asked. Possibly thinking of it being [[Commander's Plate]] but wouldn't be against mana rocks that are not as financially expensive as [[Mana Vault]]

Any suggestions that do work as a second legal target for Urza's Saga in this deck would be appreciated

Edit: decided to post the decklist to help out. Forgot I had Expedition Map already included, but that's a really good suggestion regardless. Actually got ALL the Urza lands that aren't from an Un Set I believe.

I LOVE The QOL improvement for the roster list for mobile

It actually makes it easier for hearing the Ayeka dialouge with the DLC girls, especially Lydia.

Before it was just scrolling through the roster at the bottom like before the update.

Orzhov Shadowborn Planning

I have a new deck planned for using 30 copies of [[Shadowborn Apostle]] and I'm stumped here. I intend to have it where I use Demons to close the game out in someway. But I'm going for using [[Edgewalker]] to reduce the cost of the Shadowborn. On that note, would it be doable for white being Reanimation focused, or also add some Angels to utilize [[Shilgengar]] fully? I have a possible outline here, but I just want some suggestions here. Also I'd like to figure out a Commander here where Shilgengar is in the 99. He's a lightning rod for removal from my experience.

I recently learned about Colgate having lead in their toothpaste, besides Tom's of Maine. I use Colgate Whitening as my teeth were yellow , but I am wanting to change to a lead free brand that I can obtain in the United States. Even if the presence of lead is within legal limits, I don't want heavy metals present in my toothpaste.
