The Most Useful Axle Tool I’ve Ever Bought.
This OEMTOOLS Axle Separator must’ve been written in mazda’s prophecies. it turned the extremely tedious axle removal on my 2011 speed 3 into an enjoyable experience that took 2 minutes maximum. i honestly could not be more satisfied with the performance of a tool. 10/10 would seperate axles again.
putting things together
a few months ago i started on the task of doing a timing chain, transmission, clutch, intake, high pressure fuel pump and tune on my car. it’s been sitting since around november but i started working on it in january. i lost motivation for a bit but now im back to it, getting it back together. i really enjoy this car so i hope to get it back up and running soon
89’ K1500 Carb and HEI swap (No Spark/Weak Spark)
i’ve thrown the book at this thing recently, it’s got a relay sending 12 volts to the HEI. i’ve tried two different distributors and replaced the wires/plugs. checked fuses and fused the relay as well.
i’m addicted.
i’ve came to the realization that i have an addiction to mazda’s. just looked at a 83’ RX7 today and it being my potentially 3rd mazda added to my collection has made me realize what i’ve been drawn to this whole time. if i get this RX7 i think it’ll go along perfectly with my 86’ B2000 and a 11’ mazdaspeed 3. i admit it that they’re just too fun to ignore.
