Need wiring harness help

so I got an OBD2B 99 ex, my engine wiring harness is unfortunately beyond repair. I took this out of a OBD2A 97 EX, doing some research it said the green plugs and shock tower connectors wont work, but they do match up identically. Now what I’m confused about as well is the blue grey and green connector on my old harness I just ripped out and the 2 grey blue and green on the “new” harness. Does that mean I just plug all 3 connectors into the P06 (yes I have a jumper and yes it is chipped and tuned for boost) and then the last green into the dash harness? leave the grey dash harness connector unplugged? what does this mean. will it work and if not what can I do to make it work. This 2A harness is in literal pristine condition. Yes I’m running a full Z6 head with a Y7 bottom end, and yes I’m changing out the thermostat housing. Any pointers or can someone shed some light on this? thank you

Looking at the walls they look extremely healthy from my own experience, only minor vertical scratching that doesn’t catch my nail at all, wanted a two cents before slapping my new head on, thoughts? (preparing for low boost)
