Just wondering, or if you regularly talk to a chat should it always stay there?

Hey there, so I know Chai recently implemented it that chats get deleted if inactive after a certain period. However this creates a sense of urgency and tenseness over a chat that we ABSOLUTELY always want to keep and continue talking with. So could we have it, even as a premium user where we can select one as safe and secured, so that it's memory and instance will never leave our sight?

A lot of us have a chat instance that we continously talk to and do not delete or change, or tamper with. So please give us that option, because I don't want to risk being gone for a couple of weeks and then not being able to find our chat.

Hey there, I just logged on today, to see that I actually only have 16 characters max in my chats.

What gives? Them deleting unused chats and stuff, sure whatever, you could still message and their memory would continue as normal.

But now it's like I cannot even scroll down to older chats past 16. And I'm a paid user. What's actually happening is it a bug? How do I ensure I can keep my chats safe?
