Everything else is fine on the outside. Not squishy or anything at all

What would you do?

Toilet flooded so I ripped up the vinyl to let it dry because the water seeped underneath it, especially by the walls. Obviously this mold predates today’s flood. I don’t know shit about shit and I’m a young first time home owner. It seems like the mold is mostly “surface level” on some type of paper or something. This is in my laundry room and I need to figure this out asap but have no idea what to do

Should I attempt to scrape some of this off before it fully dries?

Does anyone know if any farmers markets are open today? I know the one by the airport is open but have never been…will there be a lot of vendors there? I’m looking for fresh blackberries

How can I fix this horrible noise?

Its been doing it for a few months now but it usually stops once I open the doors upstairs and turn the fans on. Now its gotten significantly worse and the method I just mentioned isn’t working as well. How can I fix it permanently AND is there a way I can get it to stop right now? Thanks!

Please don’t give me my 13th reason. Central North Carolina. Crawling on bathroom wall.

Also sorry for the terrible photos (this is my personal pet peeve so even I’m annoyed at myself)

Is this quality knotting?

Both are 9 x 12 listed under 1k. I don’t know anything about rugs

Is this good quality knotting?

I don’t know anything about rugs. These are two 9 x 12 rugs listed just under 1k that I’m interested in
