How to fix my shower

For some reason i didn't expect that somebody put drywall behind the tiles in my shower that obviously rotted away during the years and came hailing down the worst time possible. Im not planning to stay here much longer and buyers would absolutely rebuild this whole mess so im looking for a quick fix that won't make my partner run screaming. I don't even care if my neighbors shitpipe stays exposed. Is there any easy solutions like stuffing it around with some kind of concrete? There's a bit of a hole next to the pipe, and the floor is like dirt at the bottom. Im quite confident with my hands, but never touched anything like this before. I don't even know how to begin tbh. Any advice would be much appreciated. Can i even fix this?

Edit: the black tiles can't stay. It's fixed to rotten wood and drywall. But then it leaves exposed wall around that pipe in the last picture. So my question is what to do after taking it down. What materials to use.

I just found this sub.

The quality is shit but it was a beautiful night. I love summer nights. Will bring my camera next time and maybe stop to take photos.
