How do you guys get 120+ grams of protein every day?

So I have been a vegan for a few months, and I started going to the gym recently. Most studies say that you'd need at least 1.5x grams of your body weight in KG to have decent results + recovery. I weigh 85 KGs, which means I need at least 130 grams of protein every single day!

Even if I compromise for a bit, I can maybe go for 120 grams. But honestly it's SOOOO hard! Like there's only a limited amount of soya chunks a person can eat in a day, same goes for tofu. And I am not well off financially to get 1 or 1.5 scoops of pea/yeast protein every single day.

So if anyone does have a diet that gets 120+ grams of protein every day that is also affordable, please let me know. Thank you!

I finished reading The Stranger today. Or maybe yesterday, I'm not really sure since it's 1:55 AM right now.

So like the title says, I finished reading the stranger by Camus and I have a copy of The Myth Of Sisyphus.

I had a slight concern; the book contains a chapter on Dostoevsky and I haven't read any of his works, so what should I do? I know for a fact that Crime and Punishment, The Brothers Karamazov are like 4.5-5/5 books (everyone around me has rated them so) and so I do not want to get spoiled.

Should I just skip the chapter on him or should I just not read The Myth of Sisyphus before I read up Dostoevsky's works?

There's barely any other song that articulated hatred for the system than Dogs by Pink Floyd. I listened to it everyday during the JM Protests.

It's a long song, but it's SOOOOOO worth it.

So this is the Generalized Stokes' Theorem, a finale-esque result in undergraduate vector analysis. Ever since I was in HS I have loved math, to the point where whenever I felt extremely unhappy or something of that sort, I'd think of doing math and that would make me happy. But due to financial reasons, I cannot pursue pure math as a career.

So I'm reading a book whose end goal is the theorem mentioned above, I'll have to work through 750 pages (I'm done with 500) and I've decided I'll get this tattooed as my final goodbye to pure math once I finish proving the theorem. Idk if it's corny or shallow or something but yeah, I wanted some ideas to make this equation prettier, I want to get it tatted on my upper forearm.
