Voussoir Cloud Pavilion help for grasshopper

Hello! I wanted to ask if anyone has an idea how to make voussoir cloud by IwamotoScott Architects.

I guess i want to focus more on the shape of the pavilion and how to get that triangular patterns, as well as where I should start. Not wanting an exact copy, but something close enough.

Thanks!

My fern is growing long fiddleheads?

I welcome new growth on a terrarium! But what is my fern doing with this long fiddleheads that are growing taller than my terrarium? There's a lot of them too! Like more than 10.

Why the long face?

One leaf on my alocasia is drooping downwards witha pretty nice curve

Plant is healthy and thriving, the stem on this leaf is still firm and the leaf has no browning so its not getting sucked up for nutrients yet. I've seen questions like this before where it seems to be avoiding light but this particular leaf is underneath canopy. Whats wrong?

Not too fussed about her tho, the two recent leaves are wayyy more massive compared to the older ones, not to mention some offshoots growing during the same time of large leaf growth

What bug is this in my springtail culture?

I saw this bugs recently, not a lot of them, found like 3 max. They're in my Springtail culture. I saw a springtail go underneath it and it didn't eat or do anything. I also grabbed the bug with my tweezers and placed it on my hand, not really a quick bug, but it did jump after a while in my hand.

What are these and should I be worried?

First try on aTerrarium

It has a fern, a fittonia, and some moss, a decorative wood piece as well! All of them are free except for the jar and 2 plants

I already have so much indoor plants in my room that i wanted something different, and a terrarium was my idea!

Unfurling Polly leaf over winter

Currently down under, bought this plant at late autumn when there was a leaf forming (the leaf bottom right of the unfurling one)

The newest leaf under my care thats also currently unfurling is about 1.5x larger than the most recent new leaf, im so happy 😄 (2nd photo is almost a month ago)

There's also an offshoot behind! I was afraid of this plant, i thought i was dumb to buy this near winter but it paid off! (Side note: i am neurotic about care with plants so it is getting a lot of light and it's humid in my room)

Is this from the same corm or a baby corm?

The first photo, you can see a small growthpoint. Is that from a baby corm under the soil or is it something else?

2nd photo is new leaf growth from parent plant nd 3rd is the pretty parent plant

Roomate has gotten complacent. Anyone can relate?

I have 4 roomates. After a year, one left and a new one came, of which I have constant gripes with.

The first few months, we were chill, he was mostly in his room, not that messy. But the longer I hanged out with him and befriended him, hanged out outside uni. the more I got " close" to him complacent he got with general cleanliness and throwing the bin when it's full. Initially since this was his first few stumbles, I was forgiving. I feel like he thinks that it means I'm cool with him doing that.

Now he does it often, and it's been a steaming kettle type of annoyance. I did blow up and had a serious talk with his cleanliness together with another roomate of mine who is annoyed but not as much as me.

It's been a year after that conversation, quite minor improvement. He lives on the only room downstairs whilst 3 of us live upstairs, and he basically took over the living room and kitchen where I dont even want to sit in the couch since his hygiene isn't great.

I have came to the point of giving up, I dont really mind his antics as much as I did before, he isn't as worse as the roomates i've seen here. I still get pissed off, but not blowing up. I accepted the fact that he lives here. And that I just have to deal with it for a few more years. I am quite close with one of my roomates, and when he graduates or he decides to move to a different unit, I would gladly do so.

This resilient makoyana at my workplace

This guy has been here near a window for almost a year, tap watered, sometimes underwatered, been left there on an australian summer, and has gotten gusts of very hot and very cold wind since it's close to the door

Yet it still decided to give some growth with minimal crispies
