I have had an issue on my Minecraft Curseforge 1.20.1 modded pack that started a bit late into the world's existence, causing a 'stutter' or 'drag' when attempting to fly and sometimes when attempting to remain flying in survival.

The issue is confirmed to not be server lag, client lag, or a lack of flying permissions and seems to work perfectly fine when in Creative mode.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've found no other similar posts online and I've been really picking my brain to find a fix to this issue.
