Earlier my range in eco was 110km now it's 100 only why??? Is it temporary or permanent? I only charge my scooter with optimised chsring and plus at night. Can I even fix it?

Title: 15M with early greying – partial reversal seen, deficiencies found. Are my current meds enough?

Background (Timeline):

  • Greying started around age 13–13.5
  • Initially ~6–7 strands → gradually increased to ~30–50 (top/crown mostly)
  • I used Altris-5 (Melitane 5%) since 14 Jan (twice daily now)
  • Also using Dandsol shampoo (2x/week)
  • Around 1–2 months ago: 7–8 hairs showed reversal (black roots/partial black)
  • Currently:
    • Greying has significantly slowed
    • No major new reversal noticed recently
    • Hair quality/texture improved overall

Recent Blood Reports (key values):

  • Vitamin D: 8.49 ng/mL (severely low)

  • Vitamin B12: 272 pg/mL (borderline low)

  • Ferritin: 45.9 ng/mL (low side for hair)

  • TSH, T3, T4: Normal

  • CBC: Mostly normal, but MCV/MCH slightly low

  • Serum Zinc: Normal (~93)

  • Serum Copper: Normal (~88)

  • Folate: Normal (~6.8)

Current Medications (started 2–3 days ago):

  • Vitamin D3 60,000 IU (weekly)
  • Mulmin-F (iron + folic acid + zinc)
  • Mego-XL (methylcobalamin/B12 + support)
  • Continuing Altris-5 + Dandsol

My Questions:

  1. Given that zinc, copper, and folate are normal, and only Vitamin D, B12, and ferritin are low — 👉 Are these enough to explain premature greying?

  2. Since I already saw partial reversal earlier, does this suggest my case is deficiency-driven and reversible to some extent?

  3. With current treatment (D + B12 + iron + topical), 👉 Is it realistic to expect:

    • Complete stop in greying?
    • Some further reversal over next 3–6 months?
  4. Should I add anything else or just stay consistent with this protocol?

Goal: Stop further greying + achieve partial reversal if possible.

Any insights from people who’ve had similar deficiency-related greying or dermatology input would help a lot.
