Im in the market for a second phone mostly 2nd hand and I'm seeing a lot for oneplus 11r should I go for it i have a s22 already

So recently from the past week my samsung s22(8/128) has been acting up a bit so I decided to sell it

Today i got an exchange offer for a vivo v29(8/128) and i don't even mind downgrading OR should I wait for a better offer I've currently listed my phone for 20k might sell it for 18k

PLEASE SUGGEST ALSO IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE CONVEY IT

For the past 3 days my s22 has been lagging like crazy and I have to restart the phone once or twice....the wifi has been out in my home for a month now and I've been connecting my devices through hotspot from the phone

I do not want to reset the phone as i have important data and logins
