i folks here’s my recomp I’ll try to be as informative as I can

Ive maintained 4000 calories over the last 6 months per day
My maintenance is 3800 yes its possible on Reta, realistically to restrict calorie intake at this length of time I expect id need about 6mg per week, im just manipulating it to work better for recomp than starvation

Macros

Protein I do about 280 grams a day
400 grams carbs (I stick to complex very rarely so I have simple carbs apart from maltodextrin to help with the nutrition partitioning from the igf-1lr3) and occasional rice

Fats to a minimum

Other things to note
I use a cgm to monitor glucose levels whilst on the igf

Training I do 2 hours a day
A morning session an hour on a stair master
An evening session weight training

May sound odd being in surplus the idea is to run it at a low tolerance for myself to keep the glp-1 aspect low to not cut my appetite down but but reap the benefits of gip and glucagon in the background so active fat burning and metabolism is still present to not only reduce fat piling on in surplus, but to continue to cut while gaining lean mass and I’m up from 94kg to 97.4 kg while my Hume is showing bf% is down and lean mass is up so appears to be working

Tesamorelin 2mg every night
Igf1-lr3 100mcg on training days
I am on test at 300mg a week however I have been for 2 years and haven’t got to this stage until adding the peps (first photo was 3 months on Reta on a cut after a long bulk)
Introduced the others 6-7 weeks ago and it really is dropping. I’ve read up quite a bit on tesa and seems to all suggest you’ll start to really get the benefits of it after about 6 weeks and I can confirm this.

Reason for sale I have lots of gens and a few clones, the reality is I wouldn’t have a Patek being a 6 figure watch so just makes all my gens look fake 🤣 that is genuinely the only reason for sale it’s absolutely beautiful and the best you’ll get of this watch guaranteed but to have over 2 grand for a display piece seems pointless when somebody could be enjoying it.

Hi folks here is my journey so far

3 years ago I had an accident and broke my back, shoulder, ribs and collar bone along side some internal damage and my face. Decided it was time to get back to it and self physio as the nhs waiting list seemed to be an age.
I take peds as responsible as I can.

Anybody have experience working on the v4 by ppf ?
I have sent it to watch mods in Leeds but he was unsure of how the case back removes and didn’t want to damage it so sent it back.
Failing that if anybody wants a bargain of a watch I’d accept £2500
