No more cute animals real persona fans want a mascot that’s a total freak

Colored pencils, watercolor, goache, ink, everything but the kitchen sink

Given what we know, that it’s a non-animal creature with ties to the occult. I’ve thought of some possible ones. I can tell they’re going for a European sort of occultism (western style graveyard, priest uniforms, possible foreigner protag) so I’m mostly drawing from that.

homunculus: the first thing that came to mind. They stem from western alchemical books and would make for an interesting sidekick or mechanic

Mandrake/plant: it says not an animal, but a plant could still work! Fits in with the green theme, plus loads of plants have had magical connotations throughout history. Mandrake was my first idea bc it’s the most obvious but it could be a flower. The leaked name Nifelur (I think that’s how you spell it) has fleur in it, French for flower

Incense/incense burner: going with the clear Christian influence. Maybe some kind of living object. An incense pot or burner would be neat, representing their ability to keep off evil spirits

Skull or shrunken head: this one just sounds fun. A little skull the protag has with him that quips and whatnot. Probably not true, but it’s silly

I had posted some stuff in the p6 sub but after the leaks it makes more sense to put it here.

I’ve posted abt it before but seeing the leaks has made me want to pursue it more! I’ve actually started writing it (though I’m on like, the first in-game day).

Sorry for crappy photo and paint-covered finger. This bug landed on my lip last night and when I tried to move it I noticed it had a strong lavender-like scent and irritated my face a bit. I kept it in an empty bottle overnight so I could get a better photo and hopefully ID it. I sniffed it again and it still had a lavender scent, I don’t have any kind of lavender scented stuff in my room nor do we grow any.

I had posted works in progress before but now I have a finalized, working figure! The ball joints are held by elastics and they’re surprisingly robust. Currently working on making a few more

After making a trio of little figurines I wanted to make ones that were posable. This guy is v3, and while I like the design the joints have been a real sticking point. My idea was to use wire and wrapped string that would get painted over but that quickly turned out to be a recipe for broken arms
