As the heading says, what is the amount that is considered a microdose? Surprisingly hard to find through an internet search. Also, has anyone found relief from back pain that is not related to weight?

Garfield Park

I went here for a lunch time walk—it’s close to my job—and didn’t expect much. And then I looked up in a tree and saw a huge nest with a little dinosaur. Is he a great blue heron? I’m going to visit again.
