I’d never worked on a green armor like this before, and I’m very pleased with how he’s turned out! The Mantis Warriors have such a unique Chapter history and really grabbed my attention when I started looking into them. I wasn’t sure about the claw trophies being within their chapter habits, but I figure they’re more momentos taken from enemies that have killed a battle brother.

Yet again the Bloodclaws kit proves to be a fantastic source of minis for any project!

I’m happy to have this guy finished up and ready to add to the collection! Any and all feedback is appreciated!

Here’s my take on the Lamenters Space Marines
(With a small cameo from Hive Fleet Kraken!)

When I started on him, I wasn’t really satisfied with the clean yellow armor that I had planned to do, so halfway through I decided to do this battle damaged/chipped look. It actually turned out better than I thought it would and really helped how I viewed the attempt.

The checkered chapter symbol was a challenge in and of itself😂

I’ll probably tinker back for forward with a few areas on him, but I’m calling him done for now!

Any and all feedback is welcome and appreciated, and please let me know what Successor Chapters I should add to my list!

Coming off the heels of the Bladeguard Company Champion I made a few weeks ago, here’s my next Scythes character!

I got the Space Wolves Blood Claws kit last week and man is it awesome for the older power armor aesthetics. Can’t wait for the new Intercessors kit with 11th edition for more of the same!

Finally finished my 18 Legions project!

After finishing the heresy books available to me, I knew I had to do something to memorialize this event in the setting. Since there’s 9 for either side, I decided to have their bases represent a “VS” scenario based on memorable moments or rivalries from the heresy.
