When you read the story - it's pretty odd that you have two sides. One side says it's theft and it's not property to take (common sense right?) - and the other side says - I/They need it and should have it.

Shopping carts are not cheap. Perhaps we make it clear that stealing shopping carts will land you in jail (yah right) and the City can start their own homeless cart program 🤣

Sixteen transmission lines are out on Hawaiʻi island, the bulk of the island’s major lines. Nine are out on Oʻahu.
